It has been a very busy and exciting fall at St James Nursery School! Our 3’s and Preschool 4’s classes took field trips to local pumpkin farms and our classroom Halloween parties were held October 31st and November 1st. We also just wrapped up another successful fundraiser and the proceeds will go towards our spring field trip to the National Zoo. As always, our students continue to enjoy Bookmobile visits and chapel time with Rev. Kristen.
We are having much success with our new ‘Celly’ app which allows parents and family members to view the daily lesson plan as well as photos from the classroom on their phones or mobile device. Each family receives information specific to the class their child/children are in. The new app is a very efficient tool and gets information to our families quickly.
Lastly, we are inviting all of our nursery school students and their families to the upcoming Family Game night on Saturday, November 19th and look forward to our students getting to know the greater St. James community.
