Pilgrimage to Biblical Turkey in 2015
Sept. 28 – Oct. 10, 2015
Are you interested in walking in the footsteps of Paul, seeing the cities of John’s Seven Churches of Asia Minor, or exploring the cave churches of Cappadocia? All Saints’ Church is sponsoring a pilgrimage to Turkey. Tour leaders are the Rev. Earl Mullins and Dr. Thomas W. Davis, Professor of Archaeology & Biblical Backgrounds at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. We’ll follow St. Paul to the most important cities of Asia Minor where he carried the Word to the gentiles, including Ephesus, Hierapolis, and Pergamum. We’ll visit all the Seven Churches listed in Revelations, plus the underground cities in Cappadocia. The itinerary includes the Hittite capital Hattusas, Troy, and CatalHoyuk, plus three nights in Istanbul.
