Celebrating the Episcopal Church Women of Maryland 

St. John’s Parish, Ellicott City, 10 am-2:30 pm. All women in the Diocese of Maryland are invited. Our featured speaker will be Marilyn Clark, co-author of Stand, Flow, Shine: Caring for the Woman Within. She will lead us in a workshop called “Letting Go and Moving Forward.” The event will also include lunch and a celebration of Holy Eucharist, led by the Rev. Carol Pinkham Oak, rector of St. John’s, along with opportunities to meet your diocesan ECW delegation and share with one another about the ministries we are doing. Workshop for Church Audit Committees
10 am – 2 pm,  St. Mark’s Church, Lappans. Karen Stewart, diocesan comptroller, will offer a workshop for church audit committees. The agenda will include proper bookkeeping, areas for volunteer auditors to cover and a method for churches to use to “swap” audit committees to ensure accountability. 9 am-1 pm, Miller Senate Building, Annapolis.

Meet legislators, learn about the diocese’s work in Annapolis during the session, legislative priorities, network with coalitions and your peers,

Pilgrimage to the Holy Land 2016

Pre-registration is now open for the next Pilgrimage to the Holy Land, scheduled for June 18-July 2, 2016.  The Pilgrimage will be led by Bishop Sutton and includes visits to Petra, Nazareth, the area around Galilee, and ends with several days in Jerusalem.  The itinerary will be posted soon.  Pre-registrations are accepted up to July 1, 2015.  The trip is limited to 35.  For more information, contact the Rev.
