It is with great joy that I can share with you that we have called a new Music Director! Richard Drehoff Jr., who was our guest musician last Sunday, has accepted our call and began rehearsals with the choir this week. You can read more about Richard in his brief bio below. Calling Richard was the culmination of a month and a half search in which we received resumes from several candidates and auditioned two. It was clear after the choir rehearsed with Richard that he was a good fit for them, with his joie de vivre and wonderful teaching ability. His previous experience working with a choir our size was another key piece. Please join me in welcoming Richard to the St. James’ family!
