Summer Church Camps at The Claggett Center

Have you registered your kids for church camp this summer yet?  If you’ve never attended, I can’t say strongly enough how transformational I believe church camp can be for both children and teens.  Here’s what’s on tap this summer at Claggett:

Did you know that the Bible tells us over 100 times not to be afraid?  This summer we’ll be exploring what it means to live our faith and our lives with courage.  How do we live into God’s call to “be not afraid”?  How can we better see God in our neighbor and welcome the stranger? Come to camp this summer at Claggett to explore these big questions with us!

Whether you’re climbing high on the ropes course, or diving deep at the pool, there’s something for you here at Claggett.  Last summer, campers camped out under the stars, completed a messy rainbow race, kayaked and canoed on the Monocacy and the pond, hiked to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain, biked the muddy trails of the C&O Canal, and created community with new and old friends.

This summer Kristin+ is excited to be the Chaplain during the High School camp week in June! Visit https://www.claggettcenter.org/youth-programs to find out more and register.
